Africa’s Business Heroes Extends 2024 Application Deadline

In March 2024, one of Africa’s biggest grant funding for African entrepreneurs, Africa’s Business Heroes, opened submissions for the 2024 competition edition. A grant funding event aims to support and inspire the next generation of African entrepreneurs.

Due to growing interest this month, Africa’s Business Heroes extends 2024 application deadline to June 9th. Selected candidates will get access to training, mentoring, and networking opportunities. A total of $1.5 million in grant funding will be split among the top 10 finalists. The first prize winner will receive $300,000.

ABH hosted information sessions and community events across Africa to allow broader participation. This enabled an energetic, entrepreneurial community.

Events happened in partnership with local organizations in South Africa, Kenya, and Nigeria. Additional sessions are planned for Egypt, Ethiopia, Rwanda, and Senegal.

Eligibility To Apply For Africa’s Business Heroes 2024

• You must be a founder or co-founder who is an African citizen or a direct descendant of an African citizen.
• Your company must be registered and headquartered in an African country
• Your business must have market traction and at least three years of revenue
