Notable successes include a 160% sales boost for Mancosa and improved response rates for AutoZone and Richfield. King Price Insurance achieved a 77% ROI through automated WhatsApp insurance quotes, while Affinity Health slashed service costs by 73%.

Future funding aims to enhance AI integration, empowering businesses with automated support and data-driven insights. CEO Richard Nischk sees this as pivotal for efficient customer service.

Africa’s AI market is forecasted to surge, reaching $6.9 billion by 2024 and $18.3 billion by 2030. Recent initiatives like Jetstream Africa’s Jetvision.ai and Kenya’s AI bill indicate the continent’s increasing embrace of AI for various sectors, including trade and regulation.
